PERBANDINGAN VARIASI PENYUDUTAN PEMERIKSAAN PELVIS PROYEKSI OUTLET PADA PEREMPUAN UNTUK MENDAPATKAN INFORMASI ANATOMI PELVIS YANG OPTIMAL

Abstract

Pelvic X-ray examination is a radiological examination using X-rays. The purpose of pelvic radiology examination is to provide anatomical information that can be used to diagnose a disorder or pathology. Pelvic X-rays are routinely performed in the hospital using Antero Posterior (AP) projection. However, to see a more optimal pelvic radiograph that can show bilateral pubis and ischium using the pelvic outlet projection examination technique with variations in the angle of the rays of 30 °, 35 °, 40 ° and 45 ° towards the chepalad. This research is a type of quantitative research with an experimental study, researchers used 5 samples. The study was conducted at the Radiology Installation of Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province in July 2020. Radiological examinations were carried out using 5 samples. The results of radiographs at four variations of angle of 30 °, 35 °, 40 ° and 45 ° towards the chepalad were given to three radiologists in the form of an anatomical image information questionnaire. Data from the results of the assessment by a radiologist specialist will be processed and analyzed using the SPSS program with the Friedman test. X-ray examination of the pelvic outlet projection with a variation of angle of 30 ° to 45 ° towards the chepalad, there are differences in information on anatomical criteria, namely the foramen obturatum and symphysis pubis. On examination of the outlet projection pelvis with variations in the angle of the beam direction of 30 ° to 45 ° towards the chepalad that at an angle of 30 ° towards the chepalad is the most optimal to show information about the outlet pelvic anatomy.
